How it works
- Email us with your order number.
- We confirm your return within 24 hours and send you the return instructions.
- Once received, your refund is issued within 14 days (bank transfer for COD orders, original payment method otherwise).

Our guarantee is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Hygiene
Please keep the original packaging where possible. A used tank is fine — just empty it before returning.
